The ARKAMOTO assembly hall in Jinhua, China — electric dirt bikes moving down the line

Advanced R&D.
Precision Manufacturing.

We bridge the gap between entry-level accessibility and professional-grade performance — more professional than an entry-level bike, more affordable than a pure-competition platform. Four parts, one factory, one record, from a market gap to a container of finished bikes.

One line, four stages — a model leaves the market gap and reaches the container.

R&D & product definition

Precisely capturing market demand

Every product decision is based on deep market insight and rigorous competitive benchmarking — so each model enters the market with a clear performance advantage.

R1

Competitive benchmarking from project start

We establish rigorous standards at the outset. Through in-depth analysis of the leading competitors' key metrics, we define core advantage zones, so new models achieve superior or differentiated performance in power, handling and durability.

R2

High-frequency innovation rhythm

We launch more than eight brand-new models every year while keeping a stable pipeline. The lineup stays at the industry forefront, and the tiered release strategy avoids excessive inventory pressure for dealers.

R3

Complete full-age product matrix

From 4–8 year-old entry-level models and 8–15 youth platforms to full-size adult off-road motorcycles, one factory fills a dealer's entry-level, youth and full-size slots — one supplier, one spares channel, one relationship.

R4

Trend-aligned core technologies

Our R&D focuses on high power-density motors, high-C-rate battery systems, intelligent controllers and lightweight frames — advancing high-voltage platforms (72 V / 98 V), instantaneous torque delivery and terrain-adaptive control strategies.

Manufacturing system

Industrial-grade quality and capacity

Excellent design only delivers lasting value when consistent, industrial-grade production stands behind it. Our manufacturing system prioritises process control and quality consistency.

M1

Automation & precision processes

We control the core equipment and the automated lines ourselves. Robotic welding and precision assembly hold geometry and structural integrity consistent, while the automated battery-pack process delivers the power response, climbing ability, durability and IP65 protection that professional competition and intensive recreational use demand.

M2

Full-process quality management (QMS)

From incoming quality control (IQC) to in-process control (IPQC), every operation is logged in real time through our MES system — full lifecycle traceability from component to finished vehicle.

M3

Standardised assembly process

Critical fasteners are tightened with digital torque tools that upload their data in real time, so product quality holds regardless of the production volume behind it.

Core engineering & validation

From competitive field testing to extreme endorsement

Our engineering value is proven through superior real-world performance. We follow a field-testing-first principle: only products that demonstrate strong results in actual terrain enter mass production.

V1

Competitive field validation

Professional riders run side-by-side testing against competitor bikes on trails, mud, sand, rocky slopes and jumps. Suspension, power response and ergonomics are then fine-tuned so handling meets or exceeds competitor levels.

V2

Full-process durability validation

We apply a three-stage Simulation – Prototype – Extreme process, simulating thousands of hours of high-frequency impacts and continuous climbing. Only products that pass these tests advance to mass production.

V3

Deep integration of core systems

We fully control the battery, motor and controller systems. Self-developed MCU algorithms, including FOC, enable precise high-torque control and refined power mapping, while the BMS secures battery safety under high-discharge conditions.

Strategic technology reserve

Following a produce one generation, develop one, reserve one approach, we have completed the design and technology reserve for next-generation models serving both professional competition and mass entertainment — quick-swap batteries, modular architecture and intelligent tuning.
